Of course you can debunk bullshit, you do need to engage with it first. OK, you might think that you'd be soiling your hands by doing so, but there is no other way.
You can stand on the sidelines throwing increasingly boring attempted insults.....or you can deal with the issues. None of the others are willing or able to do so, and are seen by all as just full of piss and wind. Give it a go, debunk just one thing and you'll be the star antivax debunker of the thread(though to be honest, the competition is woeful) and be on your way to antivax debunking stardom. Be warned though, debunkers can be debunked themselves.
