    First the big chart....

Doesn't have to kill you to make millions suffer.
Or in the case of rubella, can lead to pregnant wormen giving birht to children who have cataracts, permanent deafness, and/or permanent heart defects. All sweet, kids won't get rubella again.
Or in the case of polio...iron lungs or other permanent breathing aparatus will usually prevent you from getting polio again. Sweet.

Diseases evolve, especially viruses. Human antibodies to virus only last until the virus mutates. That's why most of the vaccines are for virus.
The mortality charts are only part of the picture. The infection rates are what the vaccine impacts.

You left out the smallpox chart. Smallpox eradicated.
You should have put in the introduction of the Typhoid vaccine - why leave it out????

Now looking more closely at the yellow charts.

"Death Rate" is vague. Really vague.
    What does it represent?
World wide death rate? A continent? A country? A city? A galaxy far, far away?
Is there an implied percentage in the death rate, or is this an absolute number? ie is the incidence of the disease increasing while death rate within the incident group dropping off?
If it is an absolute number is it per 1000, 10000, 100000? Who can tell?

    Secondly....
    Interpretation.
Your x-axis on your charts covers the gamut of 1880 - 1910 as a starting point, and 1970 as a end point. That's a +/- 30 years over a period of 60-90 years or 50% to 33% of the total time span. This is murky stuff indeed, and I could only contend that this caused by either rank incompetence or it is intended to mislead.

IF clean water and improved hygiene was the cause of the decreased "Death Rate", then it would have impacted all the diseases at the same time, not +/- 50%. Clearly from your graphics this is NOT the case.

    Thirdly...
My understanding of the primary way that a vaccine works, is that it prevents the occurence of the disease, and only to a lesser degree lessens the impact should infection still occur. So to make conclusions on the efficacy of the vaccine by looking at the death rate is spurious.
