Peter Hotez asserted on Twitter that there are 2,769 studies showing vaccine benefits. I asked him to point to a single of these studies that favorably compares health outcomes in vaccinated to unvaxxed cohorts. (Virtually all his studies are Pharma’s notoriously crooked clinical trial studies that evade such critical comparisons by avoiding true placebos).
Peter replied by citing a single paper: Poul Thorsen’s notorious 2002 “Madsen study” published in the NEJM. Since this is his go-to paper, Peter knows that it has been thoroughly debunked. The study’s principal author Poul Thorsen is on the lamb in Europe hiding from Interpol and the FBI which indicted him in 2011 for 22 criminal counts arising from his fraud during his CDC autism studies. The Thorsen article is not a vax/unvaxxed study as Hotez likes to pretend. Instead, it compares heavily vaccinated to other heavily vaccinated children. Some of these children had not received the MMR but the study never directly compared those who did to those who didn’t. Moreover, instead of looking at overall health outcomes, Thorsen limited his analysis to a single outcome, autism, which he manipulates away using diverse devices of deception including fraudulently dropping numerous children from the study following their autism diagnosis.
But for the Vax Cartel’s power, NEJM would have retracted the study in 2009 when CDC disclosed that Thorsen did not have legally required ethics approval. This is the very reason that The Lancet gave for withdrawing Dr Andy Wakefield’s 1998 Lancet study (mythology aside, there was never any allegation of fraud against Wakefield). Hotez’s choice to continually cite Thorsen’s corrupt and fatally flawed study attests to the abysmal weakness of the vaccine industry’s science arsenal.
It also begs the question that has bedeviled Hotez’s critics since Bill Gates retained him to replace the disgraced and discredited Paul Offit as Pharma’s Shill-In-Chief: “Is Peter Hotez a willful liar or simply a useful idiot who parrots Pharma’stalking points without comprehension?”
