“Beginning at 2:50:36 in the attached video, Dr. Birx discloses that anyone that dies WITH coronavirus will be counted AS death FROM coronavirus.
Birx and Fauci both missed the point of the reporter's question.They were so focused on explaining how their case recording policy was designed to make sure CoVID 19 case fatalities were not under-estimated, that they missed that the reporter was actually asking about how this policy would likely skew case fatalities towards OVER-estimating death FROM coronavirus.
Recognizing Birx and Fauci's apparent misunderstanding and failure to answer her question, the reporter followed up by pointing out that coroners have apparently already complained about this policy and improperly attributing cause of death (COD) to CoVID 19, when, in their professional opinion, the patient died from causes that were unrelated to CoVID 19.
The Birx and Fauci policy is designed to over-estimate case fatalities. They are "cooking the books." Based on this approach,someone that is infected, completely asymptomatic, and happens to die in a car accident, will have their cause of death (COD) recorded as a CoVID 19 case fatality.Without regard to the medical examiner's examination and assessment, the COD will be counted as "CoVID 19."
The Birx/Fauci COD counting method represents really bad science. They've been around science a long time. They know better. This is intentional.

They both have deep ties pharma, the CDC, WHO, and Bill Gates. They are proving themselves to be agents of the deep state. They aren't serving the public interest, Birx and Fauci are taking care of their friends to guarantee their professional and financial futures.
