At first glance, this image depicting sick children in iron lungs shocks and saddens due to the enormity of the polio problem portrayed in this image. On closer examination, it is clear that the equipment that usually accompanied people using iron lungs, such as tracheotomy tubes and pumps and tankside tables, are not present. This scene was staged for a commercial about polio. It is not historically accurate but is an example of directing the viewer’s response by creating an image that never actually occurred. It is a classic example of propaganda to fulfil an agenda.

As the officialhistorical records and statisticaldata clearly confirms, the policies of mass vaccination of both smallpox and polio actually caused many more outbreaks and far greater deaths than had the diseases run their natural course. The fact that vested interests merely re-wrote history for their own collective benefit, and subsequent unquestioning generations have blindly believed the lies and propaganda ever since without investigation, goes to the core of the ongoing myth of vaccination which has become dogmatic ideology based in faith - NOT science!

Remember that the main "Mode of Operation" for the anti-vaxxers is to tell lies -- of any sort -- to create uncertainty in people with young children.

It's fear mongering -- pure and simple.If they can scare/disturb the vulnerable - the vulnerable hesitate with vaccination -- then disease spreads, children die and the anti-vaxxers win

Lets look at the anti-vaxxer techniques in the last post

1) Firehosing predominates again.

This technique is to overwhelm the weak minded and easily confused.

When the anti-vaxxers use fire-hosing (aka gish gallop) they produce huge lists of unrelated links and/or pseudoscience claims, and proponents of anti-vaxxers get uncomfortable when forced to defend something that is clearly wrong in detail.

Their usual strategy is to shift to another point as soon as they lose one

Anti-vaxxers do this pathologically

3) Contradicting Lies

The anti-vaxxers don't care what lies they tell -- even when those lies contradict each other

They just aim to confuse the vulnerable.

The posted article contains links about the eradication of smallpox by hygiene.

Yet menta clearly believes that smallpox breakouts occur and have been hidden by the governments

Menta, your lies contradict each other

On one hand, you link to articles claiming smallpox has been eradicated

On the other hand you claim that small pox exists and is hidden by governments

You cannot believe that smallpox exists and that smallpox doesn't exist.

One of these is an intentional lie.
