Numerous studies show that without daily sun exposure, we do not produce optimal levels of melatonin. Same with all-important vitamin D. Sadly, modern humans are getting too much light at night and not enough sunlight during the day.
Am I saying regular sunlight exposure is the key to human immunity and specifically protection from covid...?
