I wish people making comments about performance share "gathering" and then dilution and consolidation would think it thru before making stupid comments!

If Dollison was there to just collect shares and options and then to enact a huge dilution and consolidation, he would lose out accordingly. The options advantage would be wiped out and so would his value. Remember, current directors bought in on the current capital structure and the options would all go "in the garbage" upon a consolidation. Think it thru properly, please.

On 235 odd million shares a dilution for an acquisition can be done quite handsomely for the benefit of the company (existing shareholders). At the end of the day, all that matters is that the SP goes up. It has plenty of potential to do this!
