    Would that explain why the SP have been inching up to the 8.65 now stting 5cents under? Looks like someone drew a line at this level because when it surpass 8.65, market would be signalling counter bid anticipated and CGNPC would have an even more difficult task to convince holders on both companies to capitulate.
