The Namibian Goverment thinks it has a nice deal with Chinese,
getting 10 % without paying for it.
Now think Chinese. They only want secure supply.
No need for profit.So as long as they don´t make profit Epangolo will have 10% of nothing.
The only ones getting money will be the members of Epangolo
getting their fat salaries for doing nothing.
