Just forgot to add, the RIO going into a JV or making an offer, hmmm, might explain the document and the sense of urgency to let the market know they are achieving their goals the chinese created in their document last friday.
If they make it look like they are gonna get their 50%, may encourage selling. If it appears they wont get their 50% and presumably up the offer, people will hold out.
