    It's not a policy, it's the control of a harmful product.
    Vapes are now covered by the same legislation as tobacco re retail outlets.
    Pharmacies can choose or not to choose to sell them, as pharmacies choose not to sell tobacco products I can't see many choosing to sell vapes.
    As such the retail trade will all but disappear.

    Will the politicians care that few outlets sell vapes?
    Of course not, they don't want them sold at all because they know they are harmful.

    So the choice will come down to
    a) give up using a harmful product because you can't source it easily.
    b) continue to use it by sourcing even more harmful products on the black market.
    Either way it's down to the consumer.
