We have something very special in this country and in New Zealand, we are the envy of the world.
And yet with the great tidal wave of vaccine supply finally hitting Australia, the government decides now to go out and place a large multi-million dollar order for antivirals?
Hmm, what are they afraid of? Do they already realise that when they end lockdowns with so called vaccination targets, and allow more people with the virus into the country, that we will have an unprecedented medical crises in this country.
Bad news for millions of Australians with diabetes, diagnosed and undiagnosed, it’s a main co-morbidly with covid. If you know someone with diabetes, it’s not quite ‘call the undertaker and notify next of kin’ but you should at least encourage them to get their affairs in order.
The government is trying everything but the obvious, keep people out. You have to think that at least 24/25 million Australians would prefer to keep the country largely shut from the virus ravaged outside world. It’s the ONLY sure way to avoid lockdowns.
We did so well for over a year before flip flop Albo and his mates started to demand more returned holiday making Australians, more flights from India. It is simple cause and effect. Stop bringing people into the country.
The only way out is to keep people out.
