If Israel treated her arab citizens as well as her jew citizens then she would be possibly the most advanced country in the world health-wise.
When Arab citizens behave like Jew (your expresssion, rather than "Jewish" but so be it) they will be treated like Jew citizens.
As long as they behave like a "fifth column they will be treated like a fifth column.
