Agree with all of that... but if you are going to float a dud deal with lots of conflicts of interest and duty, throw in the public interest for good easure, use public servants superannuation money, and then dump the stock into the hands of people who may play the game as hard as the investor, you'd better be prepared for adverse consequences.
