Are you sure ASIC is investigating this ? how do you know ? have you read or contacted them?

If that's the case, it's easy.... they just change the outfits... pump and dump... and move on to another company....... sophisticated investors can do in a sort of similar fashion.... but, they are never on the board of the companies....
So, what's the go here ?
