The company will never ever say they knew it... otherwise they would be absolutely smashed and investigated..... simple.
I'm not sure.... maybe we need to do more digging...... I'm sure if that's the case ASIC should have been already notified ?
Lekkas was also related to ENERGIO LIMITED went to 27 cents then changed names... as KFE and trades at 2 cents now....
