I think "gong" could have been cockney rhyming slang for "Kevin Phillips Bong" or simply put, a Bong.

Seems to me Bongs could well have been used in dreaming up some of these transactions. I have no alternative theories, I am bereft of any other inkling as to how massive consolidilution could possibly be entertained as being in Shareholders interests..

And yes folks, that is my word of the day, "consolidilution", a word newly coined today, but destined to go viral in a short space of time in the the annals of the ASX.
