The only surprising thing is that company lawyers are not already involved.
There are clearly groups of downrampers involved on the XPE threads. They do not let you know they are working together, unless one or two get carried away and let it slip.
I know there are some 'ambulance chaser ' lawyers, who monitor the HC threads for blatant defamation and other slights against directors (as was evident in the EGO case a couple of years back ) and let the directors know, in the hope of picking up a case.
Whether lawyers for XPE are monitoring the HC site, who knows?
I agree though - they should be, imo.
