Updates will flow once the app is out. The app needs to be finished so Xped can do its dealings. Sure they can promote the technical side of things but to showcase it as a whole they need the app, seems logical. Before I get my head shot off for this comment I'm going to say: if the app is working already for Xped to show to potential contract/customers then why isn't it released? Must be the only thing holding it back at the moment. Customers want to see things work as a whole and the app must be stoping this.
Coincidence that the app is out the same date as the MS conference? Doubtful.
