I agree that it can be frustrating but seriously, do you want XPE wasting time and money against this crap or do you want them to just focus on the job at hand. At the end of the day the DR will have egg on their face and you will have the last laugh.
Its like being at school, if you enable the bullies they will own you, dont engage and they will move on to some one or something else.
