The letter Kah have sent to us s/hs is not truthful
when the merger between EXT &KAH was first formulated
and if that said merger was executed, both companies
agreed that Directors (Buchan EXT ) (MacLachlan &
Meagher Kah ) were all to retire.
Now that the merger has not proceeded Kah through its
nominated Director sought the approval of the EXT
Board to appoint Mark Honen (Executive Chairman of
Kah ) as a Director of EXT. if this was to take place

Meagher & Maclachlan are already on the ext board if
they kah get the balance of power,"" and we do not have
a independant director to uphold the integrity of
the board"", you might as well put your head between
your legs and kiss it nearly all goodbye.

These people are ruthless, and only care about themselves
not us ext s/hs,( again read harlees post)

A lot of s/hs dont seem to realise what they could be
throwing away.

that ext want to keep drilling and advance S/H Wealth
also in terms of scale, the upper end of our Targets
of zones 1 & 2 is close to 200 MILLION Ib of U.
This is a stand alone Target in its own right, that alone
would put us in the top TEN companies in the WORLD,both
these zones are open, and then we have another 9 KLM OF

So you can see exactly what we EXT S/Hs have to stuff
up if we allow kah to get their way.
Kah directors have strong links with another company
called emerging metals they have been directors on the
same company boards in the past, Kah have planned all
this since ext bought them out with script.
And that is another reason you should VOTE AGAINST Kah
Proposal, We need to raise the funds in NTH AMERICA
If we dont kah will give themselves the CR and once they
get control, they will keep the s/p down and get the
shares dirt cheap, and occasionally give themselves
a million shares here a million there and so on.
