I just voted AGAINST the proposed resolution to remove Bob Buchan as a director. Ordinary Extract shareholders need a director such as Bob Buchan whose interests are not aligned to Kalahari.
The latest letter from Kalahari says little more than Kalahari is the largest shareholder and Kalahari expects to get its way.
So make your vote count and don't give Kalahari the opportunity to stack the Board in their favour and ride rough-shod over the rest of us Extract shareholders.
