    Off course there is a element of risk and a potential degree of downside with any stock. Goes without saying!

    What I'm saying is both Kiernan and Gilbo are very serious about aquiring CSM and although its not a certainty but highly probable Kiernan will come back with a higher bid.

    If no knew bid from Kiernan and CSM holders are gullible enough to listen to the CSM board.....Well so be it!
