    I doubt that the would like to offer more TTY shares to CSM because they have sold TTY shares to insto at $1 a piece.

    All MK's buddy would like to offer 50c raise for CSM instead of 0.5 shares of TTY if TTY is trading higher than $1, which I am sure it will if MK would win the race at reasonable price.

    Besides, if MK/TTY offer no more than 1.5 TTY shares for each CSM share, the old TTY will maintain the 51% of majority in new TTY/CSM, something like 51%.
