The bloke who does real estate signs here, Can say signs still seem to be coming back with sold stickers pretty damn quick. Amount of signs going up over the last 3 months is up 20% on the previous years same period. One change i have noticed is there seems to be a big change to spending less on signs as my most expensive sign has gone from 149 up for FEB/MAR/APR last year to 91 for the same period. Thats is more drastic given total signs up are increased this year.
