    There has been plenty of ground work laid. We've had a grant application in with US Govt since Sept (but then a change of administration). We've had meeting with the US Export/Import bank. Olli has been to Washington DC twice in the last 6 weeks and met with various heads of depts and dinner with Ambassador Rudd. Lets hope that it turns into some solid like tungsten.
