A change in top managment to a wiser head, Fred Troncone, a proven performer to sensibly steer the company through the tough times.

Fred Troncone is also well incentivised in his pay to bring the share price back to the mid 40's, 50's and 70's.

The 2 bigger ships are currently under charter, as I understand it, which will slow or maybe even stop the bleeding.

Cattles prices have eased and may have further to fall, potentially significantly boosting both working capital and bottom line.

The Chinese market has commenced.

Mauro Balzarini has reportedly been repositioned to a job which he is better suited to and is contractually tied against competing against WLD for a year.

Last but not least, the new boss appears to listen to shareholders' concerns.

If these changes are not too late, we could be looking at 4 or 5 bagger in the medium term.
