I do not think this will result in Administration.
Why?
There are Three Seperate investigations into the UK Quindell fiasco,
SGH have Three teams working over their books,
The original Audit company was sacked .... obviously the Board did not believe their results.
Now it would seem that their results could have been correct and if Quindell are found to be fraudulent ??
So, who is at fault?
Can it be fixed?
Has SGH Changed?
I don't know the answers and doubt anyone will until the investigations are over.
But I believe SGH is still the company it was before heading to Uk and valued at $6 per share.
Or they will be when this is cleaned up.
