In 2004, i returned from a 12 month world travelling expedition as an ultra bull, the dominant stallion amongst bulls, i was singing from the rooftops about how cheap our property was. I went cold on the market around 2008 after the spectacular gains of that 4 year period. Unsustainable gains. Then we had a false recession and the emergency rate cuts fuelled some crazy speculation for another 2 year period. I'm not sold that these prices can hold.
