Geezer - You must be one of those 'Bulls' who are holding too many rental properties and are sitting on very little capital gain - hence your reaction. This reaction is only natural for investors of your ilk, and a heightened level of sensitivity and aggression is to be expected.
My description of 'Bulls' and 'Bears' were not just simply my own point of view - it was actually a factual observation of how things really are. The ability to think clearly and call a 'spade a spade' is another trait that property Bulls sadly seem to lack. But at least you have provided a great case study of yourself - the perfect example of exactly what I was referring to in a property Bull.
By the way Geezer, how did things turn out on that property you purchased last year that I remember you telling us all about? Hopefully your not now sitting in that 'negative equity' category that so many unfortunate investors seem to be experiencing at the moment.
