this popped up in my threads this morning and thus pulled it into here for a bit of dicussion..

all credit to those that link via in-depth reading.
be interesting to see what comes back from management on it and if they are still holding these lots..

while we might not see anything for a few months. It would be a smart move for the team to dust off the old paperwork and weave this into the mix.

spot prices as we can see are on the right side of the curve.. so lets imagine they settle around the 60-70 mark as this then creates an environment that projects can start to revisit these old sites and think about getting the processes back in place to commercialize..(via offload into a jv or offtake to those more specifically intune with getting it out of the ground)..

happy to see where this goes as we know the team are capable of putting value on these if they still have the parcels in working order..
