u deposit worth $1?? based on SMM valuation, i figure rsg's u deposit is worth no more than $0.5!
on a simple ex-uranium mkt cap/reserves, yes, rsg's gold deposit is dirt cheap (my figure: US$50/oz). but rsg has the highest cash cost among all gold developers (US$325 compared to NCM: US$153 or LHG: US$237). on a cash cost adjusted ex-uranium mkt cap/reserves, rsg's valuation (US$375/oz) is just about average. i guess i can say that rsg's earnings has very high leverage on gold price. if someone is very bullish on pog, then rsg maybe a speculative bet. my point is, it doesn't seem to be undervalued at current pog?!
