The problem with the Ergo technology is that they have the right to pull out at any time as they did with Linc Energy after the first Chinchilla trials. It seems that the technology deal is more closely tied to the ceo rather than cougar itself as Len Walker remains to have the rights to the technology once he left LNC. Because he did this LNC had to then buy some russian company to maintain rights of that companies UCG technology which is from the 1960;s and way outdated at the moment.
I want to know whats stopping what happenned to Linc happening to Cougar albeit withn the same CEO, Len Walker.
Its because of this that CNX is miles ahead with the best technology from CSIRO. Len Walkers form is already on the board....
