Hi Stumpy. Thanks for the input re. production. as far as recharging the holes bu front priming sadly the answer is no. You might set off some of the old charges at the front of the hole, but that is very doubtful. This is one of the reasons holes are always primed at the back of the hole before loading the explosives. Secondly no guarantee could be made that all of the holes would be cleared of explosive & detonators. At Mt Charlotte, Kalgoorlie many years ago the same thing happened with a half million ton shot. That area is still quarantined to this day. It almost sent the company broke because of loss of production.
