Albo has spent too long in elitist politics. He may look harmless enough, but that is just a show. Focus more on what he does than on what he says. I have read some of his recent quotes. Fascinating to watch someone contradict themselves in one sentence. He has turned it into an art form. Like to see Albo answer ‘what is a women’. That would expose him in spades. Gillard is still working it out. Maybe ask people to check their birth certificates if in doubt!
Perhaps many people feel Albo and his version of new labor are selling out the country. It’s a betrayal for many. This is a big deal, yet it isn’t? It’s easy to understand, but it’s not? This issue comes down to trust. The public don’t trust him or his party now. If the yes vote won, and he walked the country into a deeply dividing treaty, Labor would become a political memory at the polls. Australians would hand them their largest political defeat in history. That’s not racism, that’s bloody revenge for blatantly lying to the public. If it quacks like a duck…
Many are still waiting for him to explain how the voice fixes the problems on the ground. If we all believed that this was a good solution to making lives better, it would win hands down. Then we look at the people involved, and scratch our heads. What people are seeing is pure politics wrapped up in shame, guilt and promises. That’s a free ride to screw up land. You have one week to go Albo. Time is running out for the truth, and maybe it’s running out for you.
