The UN's fault was that it didn't better prepare the Dutch troops, as it was considered a 'safe zone' that had no prior violence.
Why weren't they better prepared and wow you admitted that the UN was at fault......whoopie
However, Dutch commanders had "recognized the danger of excesses" once Serb troops where en masse.
Failures at Srebrenica were more the fault of the inadequate resources than anything else.
If that's the case and the Dutch were not at fault why were there mass resignations in Parliament and within the military? Not their fault?
Why resign?
