ANZ are so far out of touch with their customers it is unbelievable... which is seriously annoying considering we have to watch that absolute wanker simon baker all the time talking in his fake american accent telling us ANZ 'live in our world'. this is highlighted by them being the only bank to not have a banking app for android smartphones - only iphones... yet they're the only bank to make a TV ad glorifying their mobile banking. they don't even realise that android users take up the majority of the smart phone market share. they're just so stupid it is hard to be angry at them... like getting angry with a special needs kid.
