I understand all of what you say, but this has been 10 days, not three, the ANZ bank wrote the cheque for the $150,000, this amount has been taken from my wife's account ....... not one person with the ANZ bank can tell us where the $150,000 has gone, it's disappeared ... to where, they don't give a stuff, well not in my eyes, they have not bothered to email or phone with any explanation at all! Only one apologising for delay, can you imagine what they would be like if the boot was on the other foot, the interest charges etc etc, no this is crap I am getting from the ANZ
I have had to tell my solicitor and the real estate agent the banks lost the money, makes me look and sound ridiculous telling that one.
