The funds were removed from my wife's account on the 31st July, ample time to clear. The ANZ wrote the cheque, they removed the funds immediately from her account, the cheque then as far as I know went to the cheque exchange so they say, no one however knows what has happened since the cheque was made out by the ANZ employee. . They just tell me they are making a trace, stuff me it's 10 bloody days

Thanks so far, I have emailed my solicitor just now asking for his advice re legal action against the ANZ.
