    I have emailed quite a few departments at the ANZ a couple of days ago, had a reply telling me they would only deal with my wife as she is the account holder, said they had made contact with her. That's crap, we checked emails earlier on, nothing.

    If the account numbers were wrong this was done at the bank end, the person I spoke to in the first instance read out my account numbers, they were correct, my bank have not had the cheque presented.

    They are at fault, won't hold my breath for an apology either.
