You can read it all online now. Already it seems that BirdDog have been forced to pay Bolin's legal costs for trying to move the case to the USA which was denied.

They also seem confused on who they are even in a legal battle with and are making up companies to sue now. Not a good look for Daniel Miall the CEO and Barry Clanon the CFO as it indicates they DON'T EVEN KNOW who they are trading with. If it wasn't so silly it would be hilarious.

“In its submissions before this Court, BirdDog refers to a further company described as “Bolin LLC”. Bolin submits that no such company exists"

When are the going to TELL US what the exposure is????
