    Yes it's ideologically lovely to think that we all deserve our share but there is a downside which we are now experiencing with more to come. Capital will always be deployed in the cheapest market (labour) the technical expertise can be overcome, but labour rates cannot. I was made redundant in 2011 and I continually argued with union people that sometime more can be less, the chickens have come home to roost, and our manufacturing labour will continue to shrink. And yes whilst some made an absolute killing with their intransigence it's their ancestors that will pay the price of that exuberance. It's nice to think employers could be benevolent and share the bounty, but that's a pipe dream only unions can dream up - reality is harsher! We are NOT all equal the sooner the general peon population knows it the better off we will all be.
