yes, but, it is china, yes CHINA (emphasis added by me), that has passed legislation requiring increased fire retarding capabilities of all their construction materials....
It is the CHINESE companies that we are arranging finance and offtake agreements with, not the US of A..... not a concern at all... i think they know more than wikipedia
