The International Criminal Court is effective at changing US positions.

They are now asking for declarations of Israelis at USimmigration if:

(a) Have they served in the IDF?
(b) Have they committed war crimes?

This is new. It is a measure to protect US officials from complicity charges themselves.

Now there are further actions required to protect US officials from charges relating to complicity with the West Bank illegal occupation.

In theory if there is an arrest warrant for complicity every nation that is a signatory is bound to arrest possibly Israeli or even US officials.

Germany, UK, Australia would have to arrest.

What would Trump do to Australia if we arrested Israelis on wanted lists for the ICC? Bomb us?
