Gay told the court where he is defending Insider Trading charges, that "the ANZ bank were not happy with the level of debt he had incurred , and wanted him to reduce the same by selling his shares.
It's strange that the ANZ did not see the same happening to Gunns Ltd,and made it stop before it spiralled out of control ?
