Your concern for the elderly shouldn't be limited to unvaxxed eagle
Unless all elderly continue to wear a mask (which I believe a lot will) then morality rates due to influenza among them will soon return to normal levels.
Due to a large number of folk getting around A symptomatic to covid, suddenly we will see an instant increase in "reported" covid "related" deaths.
This WILL happen. People who previously got flu shots may not and the cycle will evolve down through the ages. The flu will return next year and the year after. People coughing or sniffling will face alienation in public when they were once shown empathy. People feeling " a bit down" or just old school tired and sore will be told they have some covid effects by friends allowing them to question themselves.
This is a long long story.
The hype surrounding this "campaign" is yet to show any true results.
