So here’s the deal
ESR want a deal, they have no chance in court. Timor lad here thinks if the AWJ share price is impacted enough AWJ board will panic and settle with ESR for an amount.
AWJ board are calling ESR bluff, meeting them in court, AWJ have cash, ESR not so much… (maybe go and do another capital raise and dilute even more)
Im happy AWJ board is defending in court. Cheap, opportunistic money grab from ESR.
