meaning in the short term the market votes with its emotions in the short term but generally over time it is weighted correctly. (nearer to Fair value)
i was so delighted when i found A2M its one of the few companys that truly meet a value investors requirments, and the market has in the short term voted this company down. in time, the market will realise this mistake and it will be weighed correctly again.
