So, you don't know what but somehow saying it's likely... based on what, urban tale? I thought that when someone is saying that something is likely to happen they would at least clarify why they think so.
It does not seem like your memory serves you right. I added table (below) to show how many shares, rights and options management currently hold. It would be at least 3,878,000 (shares, rights, options) or 0.53% of shares on issue. With current price it equals to ~ 40 mil. Yep, I agree, it's petty change for some. Or should they be holding over a billon to make people happy? Btw, you don't need to add/substract anything if you know where to look. Yes, management usually does not buy on open market simply because they receive rights and options as part of their remuneration package.
Low ball option as you put it where issued 6-7 years ago when share price was well below a dollar. So, they rightly deserve this as share price now over ten fold from then.
@lexismithNot sure where did you get your BS spreadsheet but here I'll try to put together some info on current management holdings with links to the source.
How about that? What about you, do you have a thicker skin in the game?

@AndrewjacksonDear Andrewjackson, I was using internet (including for searching info) well before Larry Page met Sergey Brin. You on another hand does not seem even know what expression
"skeletons out of the cupboard" means. So, I would suggest you take your own advice and google it.
It looks to me that you guys have very limited knowledge of the company. I'm not protecting the management, as I said before, I have my reservations about them. But at least I make an effort to learn about the company I'm investing in and try not to spread some BS
