Well the paleo diet is an interesting idea. Romanticising the prehistoric era and eating all sorts of foods that didn't actually exist back then (or not in their geographic locality). I too have seen many health conscious people advising against milk drinking, and many others saying it's great stuff. Have you ever read the various nutritional debates over butter, potatoes, wine, and chocolate? I'm assuming you invest in A2M purely for financial reasons, despite not being a milk drinker?
